Pete has over 30 years of proven success in leading diverse Global Manufacturing, Service, Distribution, and High Tech companies through complex change. He has built sustainable competitive advantages, delivered and captured the value of differentiated products and services, and drove both top line and bottom line growth. Over the last ten years, Pete has led smaller family-owned and privately held businesses. Having seen what “best practices” can look like in larger organizations, he has developed a keen awareness for how to streamline and adapt the required “best practices” in smaller organizations. These “best practices” are critical for organizations that have either stalled out or grown quickly without building the right infrastructure.
